How
can history
be preserved
if the building
in which it
lives is falling
apart? More
than just the
issue of repair
and maintenance
is the safety
concern for
those in the
building. After
learning about
the extreme
deterioration
of this Minnesota
landmark, we
agreed there
was a serious
need to educate
both the legislature
and the public
on this issue.
At
the heart
of the campaign
we launched
for the Minnesota
State Capitol
restoration
project is
their website,
which is the
sole source
for information
on the project.
We geared
the website
toward both
the legislature
and the general
public as
a hub for
the campaign.
The site features
a photo gallery,
media highlights,
and virtual
tours. The
century old
building embodies
the history
of this state,
so let’s
make sure
it can sustain
our future.
The
Preserve History
Campaign also
included a brochure,
posters, and
other collateral
materials.
