The Allina Clinic, Abbott Northwestern, recently unveiled an outpatient center in Sartell; still, patients were choosing to visit other clinics, not realizing the benefits of Abbott Northwestern, including their unique community approach to health care with access to a regional support network.

We began analyzing the decision-making process of people considering medical care. Our goal was to understand patients’ methodology for choosing one doctor/clinic over another. We discovered and developed messaging to influence prospective patients. Our campaign reached the core demographic through a variety of media vehicles. The response? Overwhelming. In fact, the clinic reported top numbers following the campaign’s launch.
