opened a facility
in Lakeville
in 2000. This
300,000-square-foot
Airlake Park
facility produces
over 100 million
pounds of food
annually and
employs 400
permanent employees.
After
being named “Plant
of the Year” for
ConAgra Foods,
the management
of the Lakeville
facility
wanted
to reward
their
successful
employees
by throwing
a huge family
celebration.
Johnson
Group needed
to create
an
event that
would
appeal to
the 11 different
cultures
and over 1,000
attendees
that made
up their
workforce
and families,
and keep
it family-oriented.
Soon the
ConAgra Carnival
was born.
From cotton
candy and
clowns to
games galore,
this event
was a hit
for everyone.
