Johnson Group takes home 11 awards
St. Cloud and Minneapolis based marketing and communications firm, the Johnson Group, was recognized on February 16th with a total of 11 “Addy” awards heralding excellence in creativity, design and marketing from the The Advertising/Marketing Federation of Central Minnesota. The event held at St. Cloud's Holiday Inn is the premier showcase for central Minnesota’s design and advertising community.
The agency was recognized for their work in the following categories: Public Service – Out-of-Home, Out-of-Home Campaign, Mixed Media Campaign, Self Promotion Campaign, Collateral Material-Brochure, Out-of-Home Outdoor Board, Elements of Advertising – Logo, Interactive Media – Consumer Website, Public Service – Broadcast/Electronic, and Newspaper Campaign.
Winners were selected by a panel of nationally known advertising experts from among over 200 projects entered in the contest by over 20 central Minnesota agencies, design firms and companies. “We’re happy for the recognition this gives to our staff and clients who have worked hard to reach this standard of excellence,” said Scott Raden, President of Johnson Group.
“The number of awards the agency received indicates a consistency of quality across a wide range of clients as well as a broad depth of marketing disciplines,” said Johnson Group Senior Account Executive Scott Hondl noted.
The Advertising/Marketing Federation of Central Minnesota is in the eight district of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). The AAF is dedicated to serving members by protecting and advancing the interests of the advertising industry, including the freedom to truthfully advertise legal products. AAF fulfills this mission through effective government relations, professional development, public education, advertising education, advertising standards, public service and recognition of excellences.
